American Direct Primary Care (ADPC) is the membership option for primary care at Mediversity. Instead of billing insurance for each visit, you pay a flat membership fee — $100 a month or $1,100 a year — and $10 per office visit, with labs, an annual EKG, telehealth access, and member discounts included.

With insurance-based care, the cost of each visit depends on your plan — your deductible, copay, coinsurance, and whether the practice is in network. With ADPC, the cost of routine primary care at Mediversity is set in advance: the membership fee plus $10 per office visit.
The membership covers primary care services at Mediversity. It does not cover emergencies, hospital stays, specialist care, or other services outside the membership, so many members keep a health plan for those needs.
